It is with great sadness that i have to report that Inverurie Club member and Aberdeen University student, Chris Parr died last night of a heart attack. He was 21 and as well as being a talented cricketer was also a very likeable guy who got on well with everyone he played with and against. Old style cricketer who enjoyed the battle on the field but was one of the first at the bar at the end of the game.
He will be sadly missed and all our thoughts go to his family and friends.

Sincerest condolences to everyone at Inverurie C.C and to his family on behalf on Banchory Cricket Club
